SHIPPING POLICY
We will provide delivery service for customers who purchase from our Website to almost anywhere in Australia. However, all products set out in your order are subject to product availability. If an ordered is out of stock, we will notify customers via email and let them know the waiting time. Otherwise, we can refund the total amount of the order by using the same payment method.
SHIPPING TIME FRAME
All orders will be processed in 24 hours once the payment is accepted (except weekends and holidays).
Estimated delivery times (in business days - weekends and public holidays not included):
1-3 Working days for urban areas.
1-5 Working days for Rural areas.
NZ SHIPPING RATES
Free shipping available for both urban and rural areas.
DAMAGE
Since we get orders from customers, we will guarantee the safety of all products in the order. We will wrap fragile products with bubble paper. We will make sure all products intact when they are leaving. We are also responsible for product damage. When customers get the parcel, please make a signature on the parcel and open the parcel to check if there is any damage. If there is some damage, show the delivery person and contact us immediately. We will organise another delivery or refund for customers.
LOST PARCELS
We will always try our best to ensure all parcels are delivered within schedule securely. For the reason we do not have any control over the third party delivery companies, lost parcels still happen under unexpected circumstances.
We will always suggest customers use Signature-Required Service for all parcels. This service ensures all the parcels are signed by the recipients. Our insurance policy will only cover those parcels with signature-required. In other words, if your parcel is lost with the courier, we will send you another one to replace your lost parcel.
